GL77 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and GL77 ("GL77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GL77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at gl77.app and the GL77 mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that GL77 may publish from time to time.

GL77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the GL77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. GL77 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of GL77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by GL77 or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

GL77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the GL77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. GL77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

You must notify GL77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. GL77 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, GL77 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the GL77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). GL77 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Available methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the GL77 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your GL77 account upon confirmation of receipt by GL77's payment processing systems. GL77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, where technically feasible.
• GL77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to GL77's standard processing schedule.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.

GL77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. GL77 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the GL77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. GL77 does not manipulate game results in any way. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, GL77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, GL77 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical fault. Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be refunded at GL77's discretion.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. GL77 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end.

GL77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game at any time. These limits are displayed within each game interface.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

GL77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all GL77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses have a validity period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• GL77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• GL77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or engaged in bonus abuse strategies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GL77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to GL77 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the GL77 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GL77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

GL77 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GL77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of GL77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of GL77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GL77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

GL77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GL77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

GL77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

GL77 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and GL77 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

GL77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 12. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your GL77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

GL77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that GL77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, GL77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to relevant authorities.

13. Amendments to These Terms

GL77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GL77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the GL77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. GL77 operates in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) guidelines and applicable Philippine gaming legislation.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact GL77's support team to seek an informal resolution. GL77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
